Keep playing bullet, but also improve your general chess skills.
I would suggest you play rapid/classical games first. I get it, you’re probably like, “But I want to improve at BULLET.” And yeah, it makes sense that if you wanna get better at bullet, you’d just play a ton of bullet games and improve from practice. However, your chess skills need tuning. Try playing with extra time to think. Once you can spot tactics instantly, play more bullet. You will see results.

Getting better at bullet? simple: make bad moves faster than your opponent makes worse ones
Why? I prefer you stay bad so I can crush you.
