bullet games in leagues

bullet games should not allowed in point system of newly started leagues.
most of the people plays just random moves with lesser time than the actual who is playing with strategy.
I think that's the concept of bullet; to be able to move well with strategy fast with little time on the clock. Bullet games also don't provide many league points, and unless you win a large majority of your games, bullet is not as practical as blitz.
each elo should give extra league pts
