I would suggest you purchase the book Calculation by Jacob Aagaard if you haven't already read it. It covers conceptual topics related to the calculation of variations and have a ton of exercises.

I don't think there is any secret to getting good at calculation, it's just a lot of practice and trying to make the process as systematic as possible. Also longer time control games is certainly beneficial. Try to calculate lines as fast and accurately as possible during a game and then go through them afterwards and note what went wrong to find areas to work on.

And as someone said earlier, it is possible to play blindfold chess on chess.com. Just activate that feature and put in a seek a couple of hundred rating points lower than your current rating.

Note 1: I have not read Calculation myself, only done some exercises from it. However, I have read other books by Aagaard and in my opinion he is a very good writer.
Note 2: Aagaard has written a previous book on calculation called "Excelling at Calculation" which may also be of interest.

How does somebody reach 2500 bullet and almost 2300 blitz without being able to calculate well?

What is the problem that you are trying to solve?

Or alternatively - probably only a strong IM or a GM, with a heavy educational background, could really go into your question - but that would probably involve a very close look at the way you actually do calculate, examining a number of rich positions - way beyond the ability of well over 99% of this site's readership.

This might be work for IM Pfren - or for any of the GMs who grace these pages. Good luck!

You cannot improve any further than your rating by routine training!! Just try one impossible puzzle a day for an hour and try to play better!!

Think Like a Grandmaster - Kotov explains how to calculate and provides exercises.

I would recommend puzzles, but I don’t really know tips for this specific topic.
