Test scores are a much better indicator of intelligence than grades. I'd say that most high schools have at least one B average student who is smarter than the valedictorian.
I have a high IQ, but I'm not vain about it. If you take a properly administered test under the supervision of a phychologist or psychiatrist, generally done by an assistant. They don't use "IQ", but rather your percentile.
So if your in the 99 percentile, your smarter than anybody lower than 99 percent of the population.

It is possible to have the highest grades possible and still be retarded. Cheating valedictorians are included in this.
I don’t know what can explain the fact that I failed miserably in grades compared to the person who had the top grades at my high school. This person was most likely more obsessed with grades than I was and I had the better test scores.

I can tell you a simple way to increase your IQ score if this is what you want to do. This will increase your chance of getting into the college of your choice as well as other things. Keep in mind this is only an increase in score not an increase in true intelligence. Simply get a book of intelligence tests with the correct answers in the back. Take the tests and check out the answers and see which questions you got wrong and figure out why you got those questions wrong. For example I did this and found that in those questions involving cubes stacked together I counted the cubes wrong. I assumed there were cubes behind the cubes that were shown and that they were a solid structure. When I checked the answers to those questions I found that the correct way to count the cubes was to only count those that were visible. This alone increased my score 20 points.
If my college life doesn’t turn out the way that I want it to be, I will brutally kill myself. Enough of my agony. One more indicator of a mere average IQ and I’d buy a shotgun to end it all.
