In early January the number of games that occurred daily unexpectedly went from 10 million to over 20 million. Do you really expect chess.com to know beforehand that this unprecedented influx of growth would happen?

You're free to your opinion, of course, but that blog post is certainly the site owning up to the issue and providing information about what is being done about it. You may not agree they went far enough, or into enough detail, or that it's all excuses, but they explained why's and how's and what's going to happen.

I personally think that the server problem, is created by President Putin and his back room geeks. I heard on the grapevine, that Putin lost a bunch of games to mittens , and this server problem was his way of getting his own back ! ……..Putin is just a sore loser ! 😤
