Can't Find Something in the New Design? Ask Here!

Thank you.  That is exactly what I was looking for.  I didn't pay attention to that part of the screen.  Mine defaulted to "recent" and that is all I saw.

Re: creating themes. It would be great if staff could set up a "Sample' theme page that members can click on when trying to create a new theme, with arrows directing to headings, text, background, borders, from the actual settings that change those elements, because currently, and it has always been, it's a nightmare to try to work out which setting changes what. It's very unclear, very user unfriendly. And just doing this one page would be a great help to many, as I know so many struggle with this. I'm getting asked often how can I change the colour of the text for something. I tell them I can't remember, it's pot luck! Thanks...

I also can't find out how to do it. Occasionally I need to download all my games as a PGN.

I was looking for it in the Game Archive which seems the most logical place for the option. There is not much point if you cannot download them all as PGN and import them in to a separate database program.

Also since I am a diamond member it isn't related to membership level...

I have just had another play.

It seems to allow it if I select the option "Turn-based Games", "Live Games" etc... from the drop down list. The download options are not available for the default value of "Most Recent Games". 

Following this conversation & that seems correct. I only occasionally download PGN files so usually do so direct from the game.

Using the method you outline above had headline informing me '' PGN would be generated & sent by email ? ''

Anyhow after selecting type-of-game from menu (games-archive) PGN download-button is there at top RHS...

Morning/afternoon all.  Is anyone else having trouble changing text colors on their profile?  I've tried many times, but it doesn't seem to be saving.

Sure. Go to the user's profile. On the right, you'll see a block for "Recent Games" - and next to that (far right) you'll see a link for their "Games Archive."

Just click that and choose the type of game you want to download.

2) Find "Games Archive". It´s right and middle of the page. Click it.

3) Select and view a game.

4) Click moves.

5) Click "Get PGN".

I did download Your latest game PGN, then opened it in Notepad, then copied (Ctrl+C), then released (Ctrl+V)  into PGN-Box @ Diagram Creating Site.

As soon as the new site took over from the old site, I became unable to play on my Nokia N8 mobile phone. All worked fine before the new site, as soon as new site started no luck. Most of my games are played on my phone and I asked "staff" to help out. I was promised to wait and a solution would be found. I went on holiday for a long weekend and lost 12 games on time as I couldn't get a computer internet connection. Again I was promised a solution would be found in a week or so. 6 weeks later and I lost another 4 games this weekend as I had a couple of days away without access to the internet via a computer. When oh when will you be able to put back the clock and get chess.com working again on my Nokia N8?

4) I clicked "Download PGN" (lower @ the page).

5) I got the email in about 5 minutes.

6) I opened the PGN on Notepad & copied it.

7) I released the copied 5 PGNs above.
