Change BOT not working - Choose Bot Grayed Out

In Game Review when I select < Practice vs Computer > the default BOT is Maximum.  I would then select < Change Bot >  and be given the full option of Bot choices.   A couple of days ago all of sudden the next screen would have < Choose Bot > which would be 'grayed' out with no other choices available.   What happened.  I loved that feature.  

Staff have a bug report on it when launched through an analysis board and the same issue is likely causing it on Practice from Game Review.

i cleared it but it still doesnt show up

Still not working. Clearing cache doesnt help.
