I just played a guy called white_walkers. In the chat near the endgame wrote the f word and something else. Then I turned off the chat. Please comment. It's a guy whose picture is bluish one has an old man on it. Should chess.com ban these kind of people? This is also a warning about chat. Plz help. P.S. How do you report people?

Far more than that, actually, but that's a separate issue.

If I don't know the other person I disable chat . afterwards I generally send a friend request.You joined the site to play chess you don't have to talk to strangers.

Though this is probably a fruitless effort, at least you can get some decent advice: don't sacrifice a bishop for nothing and then trade down material with no direct attack on the enemy king.

Maybe hypnosis would help.
