CHEATER NO DETECTADO

Can u ban this account? Created on January. Low level with several mistakes against a 300 elo player. Suddenly, he start raising points with +90 precision. He spent the same time on every move evene if it's a obvious one. And then he start playing bad again. It's like he use a engine but not always so the anticheating system cant detect him. Ban him or at least check out because is suspicious. Kind regards!
