Cheater's Rate on Chess.com

Hello everyone, I'm curios about how many cheater's (engine users) we have on Chess.com community, since everybody knows that it's impossible to the platform to prevents this kind of player. All we can do is to play ignoring that or report the player (But he can easily make another account). Facing such a situation, I want to know if the Chess.com have a number or a statistic about the size of this part of the community.

What I do is to check a guys tactical rating. If it's higher than mine, then it indicate that I can expect to loose. This is why I believe that between games, everyone should be forced to complete one tactical quizz. What do you guys think?
