cheating

I've played thousands of games and have never layed an accusation against someone for cheating, but this last game I played just raised alot of red flags. Someone playing roughly at my level sacrificing a queen with a forced mate 5 moves later. I could see it after it happened, but I would never have seen it otherwise. Using too much time for obvious moves seemed odd at our modest level of play (mid/high 1200s). I enjoy the game and have no issues with getting my butt kicked by a better player. I had the computer look at our game. They had all excellent moves and four good moves. Very impressive. They had dialogue blocked in the game. I'm reluctant to point a finger as I'm not 100% sure. Then again, if others have made accusations a pattern will eventually form. I would appreciate any advice.
