Cheating is becoming more prevalent in 3 minute blitz games

I play 3 minute blitz regularly, and over the past few weeks, I have noticed a significantly higher percentage of opponents who are clearly cheating. Many of these are newer profiles with a relatively small number of total games played, though some cheaters even buck this trend and have hundreds to thousands of prior games played.
I don’t levy this accusation lightly. I only report someone for cheating when it is obvious over the course of several games. For example, if someone has an all-time high blitz rating under 1600, but they play several blitz games against me at master level or above (based on stats in game review).
Statistically, there is virtually no way that this can happen in multiple consecutive 3-minute games without engine assistance.

Playing against cheaters not only results in stolen ratings points and lots of wasted time, but it ruins the experience for ordinary chess players on chess.com. I hope that the site can do more going forward to permanently exclude such users from the site. For example, permanently ban the IP addresses or devices of such cheaters.
