Elnadus, to put it quite briefly, cheating is an extremely rare (basically never) occurrence at the 1300 level. Until your opponents are 1800+, the odds are they just aren't cheating.

I notice there are a lot of players cheating.
When they are in trouble during the game the conexion stop working and when it return the time has change in teir favor.
It is possible manipulate the clock?
