Is it possible you didn't log out on another computer that someone else may have used??
Or perhaps are you using the mobile application?? I've heard that that can be rather buggy.

Did you start to move it somewhere and were perhaps using a laptop mouse pad thats built in,then tried to reset everything after highlighting it, then move it somewhere else, but it ended up on a square you didn't want or try to choose at all?
I have a lot of trouble with my laptop mouse pad. I have to make certain when and where I am moving. I have trouble just pointing, clicking, scrolling and trying to open links on regular text pages. I want to get a regular usb mouse just for chess.
i am playing an opponent called [Name removed- Moderator], the game has entered the end game. on my final move33 according to moves i placed my queen on a squre that was obvious it could be taken by his queen, that move was not made by me, how can games be manipulated like this, how can someone make your move for you to there advantage. wolf30
