The perception of cheating levels is orders of magnitude more than the actual amount.
That said, if you suspect another member of using disallowed resources, you should report them. A large number of games are checked but there are to many too check all of them.

Do you have to report a suspected cheat, or will Chess.com analyse every game (or a random sample) that is played to look for cheating? It just feels lately like I am facing more cheaters, but that whereas before I would regularly get alerted that I would get points back a few days later, now if feels like it never happens.
