Chess.com cheating detection

Do you have to report a suspected cheat, or will Chess.com analyse every game (or a random sample) that is played to look for cheating? It just feels lately like I am facing more cheaters, but that whereas before I would regularly get alerted that I would get points back a few days later, now if feels like it never happens.

The perception of cheating levels is orders of magnitude more than the actual amount.

That said, if you suspect another member of using disallowed resources, you should report them. A large number of games are checked but there are to many too check all of them.
