chess.com glitch - challenges posted to you that you can't accept

yes that's what he needs to do.
HOWEVER this is still a glitch that chess.com needs to prevent from happening.
it pops up a red banner, saying your rating is too low to accept this challenge. but it never goes away. i can make the banner go away, but the game / challenge is still there, in my turns list.
from reading the notes in our club challenge thread, it could be that he does this kind of thing on purpose, stalling the ladder, annoying people.
but anyway, it's appearing first in all my games, as a potential challenge that i have to make a decision on, which is impossible due to my rating. thankfully i am not trying to play on my phone today.
i tried to challenge him, but that had same result.
whoa lol. hopefully that mod comes back in and they can say they are trying to fix the glitch.

I was just trying to figure out a way for you to get rid of it. It should allow you to decline the challenge, at the very least. You'll want to open a ticket if that is not the case.

contacted support, it was a new format, but i think it created a ticket. it finished by saying

yay, thanks, thank god something finally worked.
he sent me a new challenge without cancelling the old challenge, i was starting to see red, so have had to block him temporarily until chess.com sorts out their glitch.
mods PLEASE cancel this feature that allows people to challenge me when my rating is too low for me to accept the challenge.
totally ridiculous.
am in this club ladder, i wanted to play this person as i don't deserve my position and felt ok about losing to them xD
however when he sent me a challenge, i can't accept it as my rating is too low.
i can't get rid of it loading first in my games to have a move in
i tried to get rid of the board by challenging him and i'm not allowed to because my rating is too low.
very annoying.
