Chess.com has been a poor experiance

I have recently started playing chess.com and it has been fustrating. Sometimes I cant even play a game because the Play button wont even work and theres a blue sign that pops out almost everytime saying that chess.com is slow today. Also sometimes my sound wont work even if I have sound on and whenever I log into chess.com it ussally takes 5 mins for the board to load before I can play a game. These issues with playing has never happend a single time in 2 years with lichess

This is because chess.com got a huge increase in new members and the servers that are currently running weren't supposed to be used by so many people. They explained it in more detail. Keep in mind that the situation has already improved and I think they will fix it relatively soon.
