Chess.com's Responsibility?

Have you ever received graphically toned aggressively romantic personal messages from the base of the human race, not knowing how chess can lead to such disturbed prison-types find their way into our community, trying to find other types of mating patterns that can befit a chess-board? Trying to find the gold at "end of the rainbow"?

We have to address such issues. Now any body using an engine to cheat is one thing, however using very base foul abusive language must be addressed much severely for sure.

Why is chess.com so passive in this regard. I have been reporting this however nothing seems to be done about it. I do not understand... Mio No capisco 4 sure!

I am not talking vague trolling, which I have heard that I do sometimes, me being a comedian? No not that type.

Every month, thousands of people who have been reported are warned, muted or banned.

Please don't name names making accusations in the forum.
