U might have been banned just from the website or it could be a bug try reporting it to the moderators or call customer support

What difference does it make? It's useless to ban someone from the website because you can download the app. It is a 50/50 chance of a successful login

You can't be just banned from the website if you're banned, the account can't log in anywhere.

Are you still seeing me issues? Do you log in with username and password or through a linked account?
