I beat this guy and didn't give him a rematch. He lost his mind as you can see. I heard he melted the chess pieces after losing and an over-the-board 3-D chess game with Spock.

Welcome to the world of "I'm offended"...over any and everything.
Not gonna lie, I almost never accept rematches, unless they're someone I have a connection to. It's simply "I don't feel like a rematch," not, "They suck, another game would be boring," or "They crushed me! They must be cheating! I can't believe this! No, I won't play another game!"

Yes, it can for some people but that's not really who they are. Chess is a game of strategy and most people who lose then don't want a rematch, but like I said it doesn't do it with all people. I know this because I'm new to chess and not very good but I still always want a rematch. I hope I have made a point to you guys who are ARGUING about something you don't even need to.

What do you mean you were "kind" enough ? He asked if you want a rematch. You wanted a rematch, so you said Yes. You both got what you wanted. Where is the question of it being a KIND thing . DO you to be treated as the queen of england just because you said yes to a rematch ?
No one forced you to rematch. You accepted a rematch, only because BOTH OF YOU wanted a rematch.
He refused a rematch, when he did not want a rematch.
That is how it is supposed to work.
Who is ganging up on him ? He gave his simple opinion as to why he thinks this is mean. We gave our opinion as to why we do not think it is mean. Where is the ganging up part ?
It's also rather curious how giving a rematch is equated with kindness and not giving a rematch is equated with meanness.
