Chess.com App Loss of Sound in TT

Hi, this is not the end of the world, but I can't get any sound on the tactics trainer part of the app, any quick solutions? The sound works fine for moving online games.

Sorry about that! Have you tried a fresh install? Are you using the iOS app or Android?

Hi, it's the Android. What do you mean a fresh install, do you mean to uninstall it and install it again yes?

Yes :) Before you uninstall it, please make sure you clear out the app data (found on application settings page).

Even I use d same app it works nice but I guess sound is disabled but it doesn't matter as long as you able 2 see complete board

Right I have re-installed and now the sound has also gone in game mode too. I have checked the settings and enable sounds is ticked.

Well, that certainly wasn't the intended result.  Do you have all your volume settings on the phone turned on and up?

Yes I've just checked it, all the sounds are on except 'touch sounds' but that has always been off even when the other was working.
