That's a little unlikely, but most banned members probably have dozens of accounts banned so who knows. If facebook has more dead members than living members, how long until the same is true of chess.com?

Moderators don't handle fair play. If you report someone and they don't get closed then either
- The fair play team hasn't seen the report yet
- The checks were inconclusive
- There was no evidence of unfair play
i got my ratings back too
