I'm all for the program and the idea is admirable, but I'm very realistic and I need to know how this is going to work.
I have doubts about scheme's success because you need dedicated room ( software ) for training on net. In ICC or playchess.com or training sites they have got rooms where you can demonstrate positions/take back moves/analise etc besides chating. One can make it open for others to see or make it private to avoid distraction. Here best bet will be to start a game in correspondence mode with your trainer, ask question with and discuss about your doubts.But it will not be posible to create many branches of analysis in a single game.
But anything is better than nothing.
I'm only estimating my rating as 1150 as evidenced by tactics trainer

When jaller435718 do something, he always do it good. He has the right to left this site for a few days.
I've had a pretty good run lately and my rating has increased almost 200 points(guess all that studying is finally paying off :) I'm sure I'm not the only one who has experienced rating changes since they registered here, so I just wanted to give you a heads up for when you arrange the final pairings.

Its started already. I got one student. He is from US and I am from India. Time difference of 12 hours ! I think while alloting students / trainers time zone may also be kept in mind so that they can interact live much easily.
So you can hope to hear something soon. Besides he has formed group informal training which you can join.
