Oh how kind and sweet of you, what if the owner did not agree then what would you do in that position? 

How does a cat end up at a sanctuary? Does it go there by itself? 

Or does someone else take them there?

What is the good side and bad side of having a pet? Since you have pets and experienced it well. Maybe the cat might still leave if there is nothing done to stop the problem. The cat can be well looked after, some cats will still leave; sometimes I see cats on the street doing who knows what. 

How do you get a cat neutered? Isn't that what the cat does by itself? 

Having cats is no easy task, a lot of people say it is hard and could be expensive at the same time.
