Thanks man.
Check out this sacrifice.
I was mad at myself because I played this opening earlier that day and screwed it up, and then in this game I didn't play the variation I had prepared. I suddenly decided fk it, I'm going to sacrifice whether it works or not... and it worked and it was pretty cool.
19...Bd5 seems to neutralize the attack (protecting f7, that is) and after exchanges, if you choose to go that route, White remains up 2 pawns but not really much more that I can see (I'm not an expert so I could be missing something) It looks like a fun sequence, but not a winning one - or any more winning than the current position.
Yeah, RxB and black queen is overloaded because it's defending e7. I saw that when I played Bg6. My opponent could have kept playing but was upset I guess. I don't know.
But up material and with his king so open I would have expected myself to win.
i wish health care were affordable. say you have a joint that needs to be broken because it healed improperly. a kid could do that. then with the joint loosened up, apply a cast - a kid could do this as well. maybe shud be worth $80 tops. what u think our marvelous people in the health care system would charge, $2-4K?
i don't like missing a front tooth right now. i'd like to pay what i feel it's worth to have fixed, not what a bunch of overpaid medical practitioners think which also includes high rents on account of the wealthier in society grabbing all the real estate they could and trying to justify on account of college being so high in cost as teachers are getting rich along with the administrators and then there's the medical supply companies with their greedy hands, overpaid government employees wanting their cut...getting to the essentials of the problem by identifying what ultimately is necessary to be proficient and to do a needed thing in society is thwarted on so many fronts.
It’s capitalism... you gotta make money. I agree, @toomtoom , but I am not really qualified to say my opinion anyways.
*crapitalism
carpitalism
Dat kapital
Carp, not cap.
Carpitalism... Defined as capitalism but fish is the only accepted currency.
Onponsodont?
It’s supposed to be “on peasant”. Since you’re respected by the true chess players, I will give you this room for error.
