Or using the Ctrl / Print Scrn buttons on the keyboard to take a snapshot of what you see on the screen, then paste it into either a Paint or Word document.

Also, if its live chess you can click on their username, then when the option box appears, click on 'Block User'
Or you can add their username to your 'Blocked Users' list so they can't contact you or challenge you.
You can also contact support and report them for abuse. If you do this, please try to take a screenshot of whats said so we can act on this for you.
