fraser22. you are replying to a topic that was started 10 years ago. Since then the feature, making conditional moves, has been introduced. It happened years ago, don't know when.
I am not sure what you mean by "clock issues". Let me clarify what the option of conditional moves is:
You make your move. Then you decide that if the opponent makes a certain move as his answer then you allready know what you will do, so you make your next move as your conditional move. Your conditional move will happen immediatly in case the opponent's move fits your condition. There is an option where you can make conditional moves.
This is still an in-progress feature request, far from complete.
My friends on Android use conditional pre-moves but us iPhone users are still years behind and waiting for this feature.
