You video yourself. Set the webcam or camera pointing at yourself, press record then do your thing :)

but you don't have to. you could submit a blank screen. or a 3d graphic. or a video of your dog eating a chess piece. you can submit ANY kind of video (or more than one) that you want - just get the MOST views :)
