it's gonna be a little hard!!!!!!
i'm worried about people stealing videos just because it would be very easy to do. I'm not so worried about people stealing my video ('cause it will suck) as i am about people stealing other's videos. this came to my attention when Burton449 (page 2 on the fourm) submited his video these are the reasons that I think he used someonelse's video:
1.) That someonelse's is chess.com's actual youtube page
2.) It was made in 2008
I don't want to be critizeing everyone's work
even though It was unwriten I'm prety shure It's aginst the rules to use someone else's video

Have you tried searching ebay and amazon, they have great cameras and software to help you edit and you can also download free trials for abode.com and they have lots of tutorials on how to edit

If you're a relatively good song writer and player/singer, doing a good song by incorporating chess.com into its theme might generate more positive views than many other ideas I can think of.
I don't mind sharing this idea -- it's for a good cause, after all, and if someone does it really nicely, they'll be rewarded amply, which will be a reward for me too for helping make it happen. 
All it takes is some inspiration, and a bit of video production / processing.

as long as youtube allows it, there isn't anything i can do...
but i'd strongly prefer our brand to not be associated with sexual themes.
