There's a magnifying glass icon either in the top right corner (top menu) or lower left corner (left side menu) of the website. Click on the magnifying glass to open a search box.

I'm pretty sure it works most of the time if you have the correct full username. I haven't had good luck trying to use partial matches in the past but other profile fields will often work, so if they have their real name on their profile that might be an option as well.
