As did I. There generally isn't anything interesting being said about the puzzles, so I didn't used to click on the discuss tab.

the reason is because the javascript required to maintain it on the homepage was very burdensome on people coming to the site the first time. it is like over 100kb of javascript as compared to the 5-10kb used just to display the board :) sorry!
