I would actually like to see this too.
but what is really interesting about the proposition is how much would time account for rating points. How much time would someone at 2400 need to beat someone at 2600 50% of the time etc.

I honestly think we don't need to wait for 100 members to sign this. Probably like 20-30 will do. You can probably find them if you mention it in Hikaru's live stream. Not sure when those are but I'm sure many of his fans would like to see this happen.
i agree but it would be funnier like hikaru gets 5 danny gets 10 each time someone wins he loses one minute the first to win 5 games wins but danny loses 1.5 minutes per won game to make it more fair in a 4 4 tie it would be 1 min vs 4 min

I think Danny would do alright. He fared pretty competitively against Magnus at 2 mins vs 1.
If Hikaru had 1:30 vs 3:00 though, it’d probably be carnage.
Give Danny 5 or 10 minutes and Hikaru 1 minute and Hikaru would still triple adopt him.
