delays on chess.com's messages

delays on chess.com's messages, even though I almost daily and a few many times a day press update latest messages / unread messages.

This actually happens to me quite often but then I also get a ton/lot of messages and it is important that they arrive at the right time so that you can try to answer them in time, today unread messages appear all the way back from April 21 and today is it June. 08. There is a 49 day delay, all messages are important but this one is not one of the most important, This is not the first time, it happens almost weekly that suddenly there are messages that are 5-7 days late and then preferably 2-3 messages at the same time as everyone is a few days late.

u can test, by posting a forum at your club and to me, after 15 mins, it noficates my forum

The site uses some queuing on many processes, so things do not happen synchronously. For any process that uses queuing, you will see delays. It's a method to manage load.

Very stupid. I use PM messages to arrange a game with a friend. What's the use of it, if she gets the message 30 minutes later? And I receive her answer 1 hour later? That's super annoying.
