The lines after Nxf7 are chaotic and totally unnecessary since Bxf7+ wins a pawn and exposes the King so white, objectively, is completely winning. White simply has to neutralize the threats presented by the half-open f-file. One plan for white is to give back the pawn by c3 and now d4 after castling after which white will still have significant advantage.
