Difficult puzzle

my friend in a group posted this puzzle. I was suprised when i found out the anwser. So i thought I would post this. Move for white

Qb2 black moves Qb7 mate
If you move 1.Qb2, game will be draw by perennial check (1...Bh2+)
I like this line:
1.Rb4
forces either 1...axb4 (after which qc8 leads to qb7# next move) or
1...a4 - which result in Qxb8# or Rxb8#
But as an alternative line, what about 1Rf4 ? This forces 1...a4
and prevents the bishop checking on h2.
So the line would be
1Rf4...a4
2Qb2...Bxf4
3Qb7#
To be honest, there are too many solutions to this puzzle to make any one solution work best, unless there is a forced mate in 2 I don't see.
