difficulty with "set up custom position"

It seems like it's always white to move. Regardless of how the board is oriented. It would be nice if chess.com gave us direct control over whose move it is.
Along the same lines: in the "continue against computer", it's hard to predict which side the computer will play. Again, it would be nice if we were given direct and straightforward control over that.

That's already an option.
