Disconnected ??

While playing chess i got disconnected and lost a game ??

I dont understand it, i have good connection, my bar indicates as green.
And i didnt stop the game, is there something wrong here.
I dont like my rate drop as a result of server side errors.
And the option to login again doesnt work at all, i need close down and start over.

i was white and had no reason to end this game

Yeah, don't sweat it Peter. Nobody reads this till after they've been disconnected. If I can make a suggestion to the staff, if this were designed with a red background with reverse lettering it would stand out more. You'd probably see less questions about connection issues. Perhaps you could include a count down day till the new release.
