Usually whatever is on my bio lol

Screeches are fine, as are others. Usually I prefer those with drums or a very nice moving and somewhat complicated beat.

To save you the time from clicking on my profile (if you were interested, anyway) here is the song I have been looping for three days now.

Music can also help with chess improvement.

"Serotonin plays a role in Aplysia learning. There's a whole causal chain that is set into motion by serotonin in inducing synaptic connections. I really wouldn't be surprised if this is happening in human skill learning, like chess, when listening to music. The neuronal architecture of Aplysia is known to change. Greater serotonin means greater changes in the synaptic connections, up to a point, when stimulus conditioning is occurring. It is known that music increases dopamine and serotonin." - David Milliern
