Erik is who?

Erik's homepage @erik has a picture of a man with a child on his lap I am assuming that one of those people is Erik but I do not know who is who. Is the small one Erik's child or Erik when he was younger. Could the smaller person be modern day Erik. Is Erik the bigger guy? I simply have no idea. Any help would be much appreciated.

The Erik is just the collective name for all the employees and bots on Chess.com.
