I wish to set something straight if I can. I'm sorry if my screen name offends anyone. I'm wish to explain the truth about my screen name. My screen name is based on being a fan of WWE wrestler/actor Dwayne The Rock Johnson. If you all look at the initials of the wrestler/actor's initials and then my screen name, that's what I'm saying who I am a fan of. I didn't mean to create such a stirring subject. As far as this Carrie person is concerned she is just somebody that went to the same church as I did. There is nothing more than that. I'm sorry if all this seemed weird and unusual. I hope we all can put this thing behind us.

sending in a ticket is the typical response. but, if the issue is one experienced by many, not all will go that route. and, tickets are private. if other members have the same issue, perhaps they're more likely to write about it in these forums.

in theory, this should translate into cc noticing if there are sitewide functionality problems in contrast to a one-off problem.

Yes, it can be explained. It's called the golden rule. Those with the gold make the rules. The rules say that chess.com can allow any type of speech it wants. The rules also say they may ban any type of speech it wants. It has nothing to do with who says the speech. If some people find that frustrating, they should get more gold.
