Excessive Friend Requests

What do I do with excessive friend requests?

I have three right now and if I ignore them, they will just accumulate until the red speech bubbles becomes 30 or something like that.

I don't want to decline because I'll sound rude. I don't want to accept because I'm afraid what they might do once I accept (my profile theme has to do with it). I don't want to ignore either because I'll still sound rude.

WHAT DO I DO?????

kamuimaru

Just don't care.

That's what I do.

KvothDuval

just decline the offer... and the only thing somewon can do if they are your freind is challenge you to a game...

Stevie65

You dont have to accept foxy..its not an obligation..dont feel bad by declining,theyre not your responsibility..Its your world not theres!

3 friend requests is nothing compared to mine.

I have 6. I just ignore them and let them go up.

@kamu-kun

6 is only twice more than mine. 3 is not "nothing".

@everyone

One of the people sent me friend request then blocked me. WHA~?

It's an exaggeration.

Wait, did you decline and then they blocked you or they just blocked you?

He blocked me before I accepted.

Someone who is not your friend can post on your page, challenge you to games, follow your tracked activity, etc. What exactly can a friend actually "do" that is worrying you? At most the only diffrences that I can think of is that you know when each other are online and their thumbnail is on your friends section of your page...

Well, they can spam you with chat requests (which a non-friend can only do once in a period of time) and they have easy access to you (which means they can spam-challenge, spam-note, whatever with no problem).

Get yourself an excessively manly avatar, it should take care of most of your problems.

If a stranger walked up to you on the street and said "give me your phone number, I want to call you" (no preamble or explanation), would you feel bad not giving it to them?  If your answer is yes, then you need to work on saying "no" more often :).

Because auuauauauauauauau is hard to pronounce and when I read my messages out loud, it sounds weird.

Japanese onomatopaiea: auauauau (pronounced "a-oo-a-oo-a-oo-a-oo")

Sound made by cats and children when they are frightened or see something cute.

kamuimaru

I didn't know and pronounced it like the English auauau
