Excessively Slow Players

Just a thought - players who take excessively long to move should be flagged, thereby enabling the rest of us to avoid them. I'm currently playing someone who waits until the deadline is minutes away before moving. This is anti-social behavior. Such players spoil the chess experience... I feel like swearing at this moron.
