Explanatory Access and Eating up Vacation time - Chess Forums

I'm new to Chess.com, a gold member about four months on the sute. There's a lot I can't figure out. Is there no button to access an explanatory video or introductory tour? Right now my vacation time is being automatically eaten up because of two games, started without my request or consent, that I'm not playing. Any help with both or either question? Thank you.

Just abort those games. You will continue to be place on vacation when running low on time in a Daily game, excluding those in no-vacation tourneys.

The site has some v3 site tutorial videos on their YouTube channel.
