Never mind. I think I solved it. The player only joined in February 2024. I'm guessing it takes Explorer a while to add the games.
Explorer doesn't list games for some players?

Hi,
I've use Explorer a lot to prepare for online tournaments against other players. It's always worked great.
Yesterday, though, I typed in a player's name (under 'other players') and no games came up - either as white or as black. I know the player is active because I can find their current and completed games in their profile.
Is this a glitch in Explorer or am I missing something?
