Is it possible to play against only accounts that after active 1 year or more. Lots of spam accounts on here. Also, psa just resign lots of people abandoning games, what’s the rule of this?

No, there's no way to filter live games by how old the account is.

I know it's been requested before. My guess is it's unlikely. If it was available and enough people had it set, new members would have a harder time getting games.
