Finding it hard (very slow) to get paired for a game.

I'm on the same boat too, I've raised a request with support but still waiting for a solution

@CatSurfer have you tried joining a tournament? I get a popup saying my account is under fair play review. Wondering if you get the same

Are you using an e-board to play?

Yes, the problem started after using a chessnut air for a few days but I can't find games on the official apps either.

I've stopped using it after finding this thread other than to play against bots

If you have opened a ticket with support, they should be able to fix the issue that use of the board triggered.

Do you know if I keep using the board but only against bots it will risk flagging my account again?

If you're only using it against the bots I don't believe it will cause any issues.
