Chess.com has been a great tool for me. In the allmost 2 year I've been using the site, my chess skills have improved astronomically through correspondence chess and training tools such as Tactics Trainer and Chess Mentor.

chess.com has a very unique forum and you can be part of teams in it which makes it very fun and competetive. i have not seen such an interaction with members anywhere else. also it has many strong players in all levels and you don't have to wait long for a game to start since there are always a lot of players online. also tools like chess mentor is just awesome for improving.

I've learned so much from tactics trainer, my OTB rating has risen exponentially, and I've participated in countless, enjoyable tournaments on chess.com, an unparallelled website I'm glad to be a part of.
Because of the chess.com app, I started playing chess again after a 10 year break. With the app it's really easy to play correspondence chess or do some tactics problem, when you have a couple of minutes free on the go, and there are plenty of high rated opponents to play.

I learned many patterns from tactics trainer ( althought I almost never get a change to sacrifice my queen in a real game :) ).
I also love to read Silman's articals, I think he is the best writter in this site.

Not a day goes by that I do not take my beloved visit to Chess.com either to play Live Chess, watch other players play Live Chess or play the Tactics (My favourite) on the website. I am away on holiday now and have decided to renew my membership when I come back because I detest the few tactics that free members get. I really love the website and the urge that I get every morning, afternoon and evening to visit the website is deliciously irresistible. I have Chess.com on my home page in Google Chrome and Safari. Keep up the good work. I remember when the site was at its infancy. Now it is growing and hopefully more expansion. When will the new Chess site launch? Why is there currency differences when subscribing using the mobile app and the using the website? Kudos!

I have tried several tactics training and game playing sites. These standard features are great here, better than on some other sites.
But the real gem is the unique Mentor, it helps me to reduce my errors. I also watch regularly the ChessTV weekly video - just to stay informed.
The forums are also great: I am a bit addicted to really nice and esthetically pleasing chess sets and I have found great pictures on Books and Equipment Forums.

I was dragged to a school chess club two years ago, but i really liked it! I play all the time on chess.com, because i can play people my own level. Im not the best, but thanks to being able to play whenever i feel like it, for free, plus tactics trainers, im gettin better!

I just love all the features of the site. I like the graphics, and the tactics trainer is amazing. Chess Mentor is superb, and from what I've heard the videos are even better! The vote chess allows me to compare my ideas with those of masters, and Groups & Teams with their own team matches and vote chess are a huge pluss as well.
I've tried many chess sites, (FIDE Arena, Sparkchess, Lichess etc...) and Chess.com is by far the best one! When I first joined, I had a 1400-ish rating, and then I started using Chess.com's chess mentor and tactics trainer. I saw a massive improvement in my game! My rating is now 1800! There is so much variety to choose from the chess mentor courses, and thousands of tactics to practice from the tactics trainer. Also, Chess.com has excellent customer service, and not to mention all the wonderful TV programs that they host. Thank you Chess.com!
