Fresh player coming over from another site

Hello!

I just started trying out chess.com. I've been playing elsewhere so far and wanted to share my impressions with anyone who is interested.

So what is cool on chess.com:

+ I somehow like the board sounds, the have this heavy bass in it and it gives gravity to the moves played
+ I like puzzle rushes, the puzzle rushes are so well made, the whole look and feel has something to it. The way you play the puzzles seems way more entertaining than the puzzles on ythe other site.
+ If I understand correctly you can only ask for a rematch once, once declined the pairing disappears. On the other site often I decline and want to go over the game again quickly without starting an analysis board, but the opponent keeps spamming the rematch button, which is annoying. Either you keep declining or you have something flashing on your screen which is distracting. Also maybe this "is your opponent a good sports?" could maybe lead to more controlled behavior? Maybe chess.com is less toxic? To be found out...

+ As chess.com makes some money they can sponsor people like Nakamura to bring in content.

What I dislike:

- The other site has a very slim and well designed GUI, I like it much better. I may be more used to it of course, but the whole navigation seems more intuitive and fluid.
- On the other site you can only make 1 premove, but you have better visibility as any opponent piece on the moved-to square is still visible. I like it better. Best would be another option to toggle single premove and multi-premove.

Have a nice day you all!
