Fun little calculation excersize. In an online rapid game one of my student played g7 here too quickly and gave away his advantage. White has a multitued of options: Ke1-e2, Rc7, Rh7, e7. Yet only one move was correct. After giving him some time, looking at this position sytematically, he eventually came to the right move and calculated it correctly. Level is 2000+ rapidrating.

One of my students became the well-deserved Dutch champion U-12. How did he secure first place in the last round as White here?

Marvelous attacking move by one of my students. He is 1200 rapid only, but improving so quickly. Can you guess what he played here?
