Glicko rating systems starts off each player with a large RD (rating deviation), so your rating jumps up and down furiously for the first few games. As you play more and more games the RD becomes smaller and smaller and so does the number of rating points you win/lose per game, this process eventually places you in a pool of players of similar strength as you.

And less Glicko what means? i had 30, now 28, then i have played bad?

No, it has no connection to how good or bad a player you are. The lesser the Glicko RD, the more accurate your rating is. So it simply means your rating has become more accurate.
